Biography
Victoria Li serves as the executive director for the Program of Chinese Cities (PCC) at UNC’s Center for Urban and Regional Studies. She prepares and executes all external communications of the PCC. To further the institute’s mission for expanding scholarly dialogue, Victoria oversees the design and implementation of the PCC’s new initiatives, including the Foreign Student Exchange Program, Executive Education Intensives and the Urban Scholar Fellowship Program.
She brings years of rich industry experience in facilitating cross-cultural educational exchange for executives and university students between the United States and China.
After graduating from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, she earned a MBA degree from Duke University.
Victoria is a recipient of the China News Award and a passionate volunteer at WUNC Public Radio.
