Abstract:

Professor Ma Yuehan from Tsinghua University once proposed a concept: the transfer value of sports. It means that the development in physical, psychological, character, and social adaptation aspects obtained in sports, such as perseverance, resilience, competition, teamwork, adherence to rules, etc., will not be limited to the field of sports alone but will have an impact on the entire future life path. As parents of children, when choosing a place to live, not only will they consider whether life is convenient, safe, and in a good school district, but also whether the place they live in is fitness-friendly or not. A fitness-friendly city emphasizes whether the planning and development of city can provide high-quality fitness resources for children, help children participate in sports, and enjoy the fun of sports. It should not only provide convenient sports and fitness facilities and excellent coaches but also have a good sports atmosphere. In addition, parental awareness of sports education is also very important. I hope to exchange and learn with everyone based on my research and insights.
