Dr. Jiang, has 20 years of experience in both academia and practical area and his research interests include PPP (Public-Private-Partnership) project financing; Fixed Asset Investment, Smart Cities and Logistic Park Operation, and also the evaluation on the financial profile and governance within or cross boarder investment projects.

Most of academic part of Dr. Jiang’s research work focuses on Corporate Finance and its application in practical area. Dr. Jiang is a trusted advisor and consistent growth performer with sound business acumen who is serving on Board of Directors of 5 listed companies for Corporate Governance, Risk Audit, and Project’s Financial Proposal Evaluation; He is also a Senior Partner of private equity fund firm running $0.75 billion, a qualified candidate for 50 Outside Directors sitting on 53 State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) of China Board.

His recently research mainly gets involved in the Logistic Park Business Model Design & Operation sponsored by TOP global fortune 100, and Cross-Border- Investment in Highway in Turkey by another listed company in China.

From 2013 to 2019, Dr. Jiang served as director of Industry Finance Research Institute and 3 concurrent years as the Director of Finance of BeiJing National Accounting Institute.

Dr. Jiang holds PH.D degree from Renmin university of China (RUC)and Master degree from Cranfield University of UK, also a senior visiting professor at Fuqua business school of Duke University. He published 60 high-caliber papers on Journals like Journal of Financial Research, Public Finance Research,Finance and Accounting, and Corporate Finance. Multi cases he developed are collected by Harvard Business School, Ivey Business School and one of case was awarded the first prize by China Case Center for Professional Degree Education.
